A global agricultural biotechnology company is seeking a Global Payroll Project Manager to oversee the Payroll System Transformation. This pivotal role requires building relationships, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring project milestones are achieved without disrupting payroll. The Global Payroll Project Manager will be part of the Genus Payroll System Transformation. Your responsibility to the success of this project goes beyond day‑to‑day tasks. This implementation involves relationship building, working knowledge of payroll systems (preferably a knowledge of iiPay) and accomplishing milestones based on a set program timeline. This role requires partnership with payroll SMEs, business/finance partners and vendor partners to accomplish your addition. You will use creative and critical thinking skills to ensure your portion of the project is well designed and avoids negative impact to employee payroll because the software is changing. Paramount to this position are strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex global payroll systems efficiently. This role plays a critical part in maintaining employee satisfaction and financial accuracy on a global scale.
