We’re on the lookout for a full time Payroll Lead to join our welcoming team in Welshpool (Perth, WA) on a fixed term arrangement (up to 12 months - Parental Cover).

In this standalone role, you will manage end‑to‑end payroll for over 650 employees. Working closely with senior leaders, finance, and HR, you will ensure payroll accuracy, maintain compliance with multiple awards and agreements, and lead process improvement initiatives. Reporting to the General Manager People & Culture, you’ll be responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end payroll processing for the Y’s WA based employees. Key responsibilities include:
