A Professional Services Consultant - Payroll Implementation (Payroll, Implementation, Salesforce, HCM, Remote) is required by a leading HCM software vendor delivering employee-focused solutions on the Salesforce platform. Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience delivering or Implementing payroll implementations.
• Strong understanding of UK payroll and tax regulations.
• Previous consultancy experience and the ability to work with Project Managers and Solution Architects.
• Technical aptitude to grasp and explain Salesforce and payroll system functionality.
• Proven ability to engage with senior client stakeholders and deliver multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day, you will deliver payroll projects using the HCM software vendor's Implementation Methodology, from discovery and design through to configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• You'll work closely with clients, Project Managers, and Technical Consultants to implement payroll, timesheets, overtime, and expenses.
• You'll also support documentation and recommend process improvements, ensuring successful outcomes and high customer satisfaction.
