Payroll and HR Admin Executive
We’re looking for an experienced Payroll and HR Admin Executive to join our People team. Detail-focused and solutions driven, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring accurate payroll delivery and high-quality people administration across an allocated group of hotels.
This role reports directly to the Payroll Manager and is part of our People Hub team based in Rugby – Northampton (NN6 7XR). This is a full‑time, office‑based role.
As Payroll and HR Admin Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing monthly payroll and People administration, while advising and guiding managers to help them manage payroll effectively and compliantly.
Key responsibilities include:
Beyond the day-to-day, you’ll work closely with the wider People team, Payroll Manager and hotel leaders to ensure a consistent, compliant and high‑quality People service.
You’ll be confident, organised and highly detail-oriented, with a proactive mindset and a genuine interest in improving how things are done. You’re comfortable working with systems and data, and you communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
