The Patient Safety Administrator will assist the Patient Safety Intelligence Manager in providing an efficient, accurate and timely patient safety management process. This is an exciting time to join this small team as the Trust has recently transitioned to a new Local Risk Management System (LRMS) - Radar. The post holder will ensure confidentiality at all times in adhering to the Information Governance Policy within the Trust and be expected to work flexibly across the wider team in order to support learning, improvement and assurance work. The post holder will manage their own workload on a day to day basis within agreed objectives and will need to have an ability to determine priorities, deal with conflicting tasks and achieve deadlines. As part of the Patient Safety team the post holder will provide a friendly and approachable service for all users, internally and externally and support the Divisional teams with the incident management process as and when required.
