Job summary

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Helpdesk Operator and Patient Movement Dispatcher to support the Estates and Facilities Team across all campus sites. The role involves logging requests for Logistics, Cleaning, Laundry, Transport and Pest Control, and dispatching patient movements to ensure timely appointments.

Qualifications

• Experience logging requests for multiple departments.
• Afternoon shifts; 37.5 hours per week; weekends/bank holidays may be required.
• Operate the Concept system for service requests and the Nervecentre system for Patient Movement.
• Coordinate workload among Patient Movement staff to meet timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Log requests from Logistics, Cleaning, Laundry, Transport and Pest Control across campuses.
• Dispatch patient movements and liaise with ward staff and modalities.
• Maintain regular contact with users of Patient Movement Service.
• Support professional operation of systems and radio networks.
