Responsibilities

• First point of contact for hospital enquiries from the public and staff.
• Be professional and sympathetic to callers in need of support.
• Place emergency crash calls to 2222 emergency teams via Blick bleep and Everbridge.
• Answer all department emails promptly.
• Answer all 2222 calls within a timely manner.
• Daily lift testing and weekly fire alarm testing calls.
• Blick bleep pager daily testing.
