Are you looking for an exciting new internal administration development opportunity at HCT and take the next step in your career? Do you have experience of using SystmOne that you could bring to this new role? We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and adaptable individual who has a high attention to detail. The role demands excellent prioritization skills, problem‑solving abilities and a collaborative approach to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the service. The post holder will have a focus on teamwork and have a positive influence on those around them. The post holder will work closely with the multi‑disciplinary team and other agencies to assist with patient flow into our rehabilitation units.

Responsibilities
  • Provide the highest level of admin support by delivering a coordinated, comprehensive, confidential, and high quality service.
  • Undertake data collection and data analysis and present in a format required.
  • Complete and submit reports to NHSE, Trust Directors, Managers and Team leads daily as required.
  • Work on own initiative, problem solve where necessary, seek advice and and escalated issues when required.
  • Communicate, sometimes sensitive and confidential information, with staff at all levels and in all services.
  • Organise meetings, including scheduling, collating agenda items, distributing papers, producing minutes and maintaining action lists.
