Job Title: Patient Coordinator

Pay: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour

Location: St. Paul's, City of London - Fully office based

Type: Temporary - 6 months (ongoing!)

Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for patients, providing a professional and friendly service.
  • Gather information about patient journeys and triage calls effectively.
  • Accurately record notes and pass details to the appropriate contact.
  • Complete administrative tasks including data entry and maintaining patient records.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a patient-facing or healthcare administration role.
  • Use of Salesforce previously is preferable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
