Two part-time Patient Co-ordinator posts sit on the front desk of Price's Mill Surgery, a GP practice in Nailsworth. The work centres on directing patients to the right healthcare professional or service, booking appointments and visits, and processing repeat prescription requests. Each post carries a fixed weekly rota and rotates Saturday mornings to cover enhanced access clinics, so flexibility across shifts is essential. Strong customer and interpersonal skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure, decide fit.
