A leading pathology organization in London is seeking a motivated Pathology Education Facilitator to support the rollout of a Learning Management System. The successful candidate will manage digital competency training and demonstrate proficiency in IT applications. An MSc or equivalent and HCPC Registration are required. This role also offers the opportunity for career development and flexible working arrangements.
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Pathology Education Facilitator who can apply initiative and drive to support the roll out of our Learning Management System across North West London Pathology. The role is available on a 5-month fixed term or secondment basis.
You will need to possess an MSc or equivalent and demonstrate post HCPC experience and proficiency in the use of IT and software applications. You will have an interest in developing people, excellent technical, interpersonal and IT skills with an ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
You will be required to have detailed knowledge of competency training in a laboratory setting, regulatory standards governing laboratory training and provide professional lead in the delivery and management of digital competency assessments. The post holder will be based at St Mary's hospital with some travel across NWLP sites required.

The NWLP induction will run on the first Monday of each month (provided it does not fall on a bank holiday) and includes laboratory training (for relevant laboratory roles). All new staff must attend the NWLP induction during their first week with NWLP.
