Nestled in a charming Cotswold village this esteemed 3 Rosette gastropub with rooms is celebrated for its modern British cuisine crafted from exceptional seasonal produce. With a strong commitment to sustainability and provenance they are now seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to lead the pastry section and create exquisite desserts breads and petits fours that complement their fine dining offering.

  • 40000 per annum plus 4000 service charge
  • On-site live-in accommodation available (from 400 per month)
  • 48-hour working week 5 out of 7 days

Responsibilities as the Pastry Chef
  • Leading the pastry section day to day delivering elegant plated desserts breads and petits fours to multi‑rosette standards
  • Planning and executing mise en place so the section is service‑ready and pristine
  • Contributing creative seasonal ideas for menu development that reflect a farm‑to‑table ethos
  • Maintaining precise recipes portion control and allergen records supporting tastings and cost tests
  • Collaborating closely with the wider brigade to ensure a smooth efficient service
