Our prestigious college client is recruiting a Pastry Chef to join their team in Cambridge. They are looking for a Pastry Chef who has experience of working in a busy hotel kitchen, college or restaurant with a good knowledge of quality fine dining. The role is working 37.5 hours per week on a fortnightly shift pattern so you will get a good work life balance. You will also get alternate weekends off!

The Role
  • Working on the Pastry Section producing meals for restaurant and functions
  • Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in each service

  • Working mixture of early and late shifts on rota basis
Experience
  • You will already be working as a Pastry Chef in a quality hotel, college or restaurant
  • Experience of cooking with all fresh produce to large volumes
  • Hold NVQ level qualification or equivalent
