Job summary

Listers Volvo Worcester is looking for a Parts Team Leader to join our team. The role involves supplying Volvo parts to the public, trade customers, and our workshops, with interactions across sales, service and customers.

It requires a proactive, sales-driven individual with excellent customer service. The position offers a Monday–Friday 08:00–18:00 schedule with Saturdays on a rota, a basic salary plus a monthly bonus, and an OTE of £36,500.

Qualifications

• Experience as a parts advisor in a dealership or motor factor knowledge
• Good understanding of cars and ability to learn quickly
• Proactive, sales driven, with outstanding customer service
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Pre-picking parts for workshop job cards and for customer orders
• Picking parts and checking stock availability from enquiries
• Handle inbound/outbound enquiries via phone, walk-in customers, and online orders
• Build relationships with customers through product knowledge and first-class service
• Process warranty claims related to parts and maintain accurate records
