Listers Volvo in Worcester is seeking a proactive Parts Team Leader to coordinate parts for customers, trade, and our workshops. You will manage stock, assist on the front desk and develop strong customer relationships while ensuring accurate invoicing and warranty handling.

Qualifications

• Experience as a parts advisor in a dealership or motor factor is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and be trained in Volvo parts knowledge.
• Strong customer service and sales orientation.

Responsibilities

• Work both behind the scenes receiving deliveries and at the front desk serving customers.
• Pre-picking parts for workshop job cards and customer orders; check stock availability.
• Develop customer relationships via phone, walk-ins and internet enquiries with product knowledge.
• Replenish consumables and service parts for workshop and trade/retail customers.
• Handle warranty claims processing and complete administration including invoicing.
• Learn Volvo parts to understand their purpose and function; training offered if needed.
• Establish rapport with customers; be proactive, sales-driven and maintain high service standards.
• Communicate effectively and work to tight deadlines.
