Job summary

Listers Group recruiting for a Parts Team Leader at our Volvo Dealership in Worcester. The role involves pre-picking parts, taking customer orders and ensuring stock is available to support workshop and service teams. Expect a salary with basic pay plus a monthly bonus, with an OTE of £36,500.

The ideal candidate will have parts advisory experience, a customer‑focused approach, and be sales‑driven with strong communication and organisational skills. Monday–Friday 08:00–18:00 with Saturday rota.

Qualifications

• Experience as a parts advisor within a dealership or motor factor is preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales acumen are required.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Pre-pick parts for workshop jobs and customer orders.
• Check stock availability and manage consumables for rapid service.
• Handle inbound/outbound enquiries and build customer relationships.
• Process warranty claims and related administration promptly.
