A leading automotive dealership in Scotland seeks a Parts Advisor to manage parts orders and invoices while dealing with both internal and external customers. The successful candidate will ensure efficient processing of telephone and internet orders and manage customer accounts effectively. We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join us, dealing with internal and external customers, ordering parts and invoicing. You will have experience working in a busy Parts department. You will undertake the receiving and processing of telephone and internet orders, ensuring customer accounts are managed effectively and integration with other departments to maintain a smooth operation. The successful candidate will be able to handle sensitive and confidential information and adhere to deadlines.

For your first 2 days in the business, you’ll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy. This is at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you’ll learn all about our business before you start your new role.
