Job summary

Octane Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor for a leading maindealer group in Huddersfield. You’ll handle daily customer interactions, source parts, discuss prices and arrange delivery to sites and the in-house Workshop.

The role offers a salary up to £29,000 basic, plus bonuses and overtime to an OTE of £30,000. Hours are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with 1 in 8 Saturdays on a rota; driving license is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience as a Parts Advisor in a workshop / call centre environment
• Full UK driving license will be advantageous but not essential

• Deal with customers daily
• Source parts, discuss prices and arrange delivery to customer sites and the in-house Workshop
• Keep the system up to date and parts accounted for
• Assist with stock checks
• Deliver a high level of customer service

Parts Advisor Role

• Dealing with customers daily
• You will be sourcing the parts they require, discussing a price and arranging delivery of the products to their site. On top of this, you will be supplying the in-house Workshop.
• Make sure the system is up to date and all parts are accounted for.
• Assisting with stock checks.
• Delivering a high level of customer service.
