Job summary

Octane Recruitment Limited is hiring an experienced Parts Advisor in Basingstoke. Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm with no Saturdays; salary £28,500 basic with OTE £31,500.

Applicants must have automotive parts experience, a full UK driving licence, and right to work in the UK. Comprehensive in-house training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts experience
• Experience as a Parts Advisor, Automotive Parts Advisor, Parts Sales Advisor or similar
• Good knowledge of automotive parts and stock processes
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good organisational and IT skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Supply automotive parts to workshop and customer requirements
• Identify and source the correct vehicle parts efficiently
• Process parts orders and enquiries accurately
• Receive, check and organise incoming stock
• Maintain accurate stock levels and parts records
• Liaise with Technicians, Service Advisors and other departments
• Deliver excellent customer service while supporting parts sales

Job description

We are recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor, Automotive Parts Advisor or Parts Sales Advisor to join a busy automotive business in Basingstoke. Applicants must have previous automotive parts experience, hold a Full UK Driving Licence, and have the right to work in the UK.

Location: Basingstoke

Salary: £28,500 Basic | OTE: £31,500

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm | No Saturdays
