Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in a dealership.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with parts management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to retail and trade clients
• Order, receive, and distribute vehicle parts accurately and efficiently
• Identify and source correct parts for various vehicle makes and models
• Liaise effectively with technicians and the wider dealership team
• Manage parts stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records
