Job summary

Perfect Placement in Farnham is seeking a Parts Advisor to join a busy automotive dealership. You will provide efficient parts service to the workshop and manage stock levels.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary of £27,500 with an achievable OTE of up to £36,500, plus pension contributions, 25 days holiday and discounts on MOTs, servicing and repairs. A full driving licence is essential; Kerridge or similar DMS knowledge is preferred but not essential, and there are opportunities for

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role within the automotive sector.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
• Full driving licence is essential due to location and mobility requirements.
• Knowledge of Kerridge or similar DMS systems is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Providing efficient and accurate parts service to the workshop team.
• Managing parts stock levels and reordering stock, including tyres.
• Handling customer enquiries from local garages and trade customers.
• Processing daily parts deliveries, checking in stock, and organising incoming parts.
• Preparing pre-picks for the service department.
• Supporting workshop operations by ensuring timely parts supply to meet repair schedules.
• Maintaining high standards of organisation in a fast-paced environment.
• Dealing with internal and external customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
