Perfect Placement is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor for a well-established automotive dealership in Carlisle, Cumbria. You will handle customer parts enquiries, process orders, and work with service and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive/retail setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Numerate and literate; proficient with IT and MS Office.
• Capable of meeting and exceeding sales targets and delivering great customer care.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming telephone, internet, and in-store customer parts enquiries.
• Process orders efficiently and accurately.
