Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Herefordshire is seeking an experienced Vehicle Parts Advisor to join a franchise-approved commercial dealership. You will be the main contact for trade and retail customers, handling parts enquiries, sales, and ensuring accurate fulfilment of orders.

Work with a friendly aftersales team, manage stock, use electronic parts catalogues, and contribute to workshop operations. The role offers clear progression and comprehensive in-house training.

Qualifications

• Recent or current experience as a Vehicle Parts Advisor within an automotive environment.
• Experience with commercial vehicle parts is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with parts catalogues.

Responsibilities

• Assist trade and retail customers with parts enquiries and sales.
• Identify, pick, and dispatch parts orders accurately.
• Manage stock and inventory of vehicle parts.
• Provide parts to vehicle technicians and support workshop operations.

As a Vehicle Parts Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for trade and retail customers, providing outstanding customer service both face-to-face and remotely. Your role, as a Parts Advisor, will encompass parts sales, stock management, and ensuring the accurate and efficient fulfilment of parts orders. Working within a friendly and professional aftersales team, you will play a vital role in supporting the dealership’s operations.
