Job Title: Parts Advisor
Location: Toyota Enfield
Salary: £29,000 basic + team commission and uncapped upsell commission (realistic OTE £35,000)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00; 1 in 3 Saturdays, 08:00 - 13:00 (paid as overtime)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Parts Advisor to join our growing team at Toyota Enfield. This is a varied, customer-facing role that supports both our retail counter and internal workshop operations. What You'll Do
  • Provide excellent customer service to trade, retail, and workshop clients
  • Accurately identify, locate, and supply required parts using in-house systems
  • Handle parts enquiries via phone, email, and in person at the front counter
  • Support the workshop by ensuring timely and accurate parts supply
  • Maintain stock records and assist with regular inventory checks
  • Process incoming deliveries and manage parts storage areas
  • Contribute to daily team targets and the overall success of the department
What We're Looking For
  • Experience within the automotive industry, ideally with a background as a parts advisor
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Good working knowledge of parts identification tools and dealer systems
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
  • A full UK driving licence (preferred)
