About Us

Mediabrands Content Studio is the in-house content production studio delivering work for all of Mediabrands’ clients. MBCS is a multi-disciplinary team of content producers working across many large global and regional brands.

Role Description

The Partnerships Manager (UM) plays an essential part in building powerful connections between UM and their audiences through innovative media solutions. As part of the MBCS team, you will be embedded in the UM team and manage the execution of multiple campaigns. Your role requires a strong focus on collaboration and harnessing the collective expertise of various craft teams across both MBCS and UM. We aim for excellence, viewing each new project as an opportunity to set new industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Implementation

Work closely with the Director to refine and implement partnership strategies, ensuring they align with our clients’ media strategies and campaign objectives. Develop detailed project plans to turn ideas into successful campaigns.

Client Engagement

Act as a liaison for our clients, understanding and anticipating their needs to provide solutions that fit within the larger strategic framework laid out by the Strategy and Comms Design Directors. Maintain a proactive approach to managing client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

Campaign Management Excellence

Oversee the detail of campaign management, including timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination. Ensure each campaign component works in harmony to create a compelling narrative that aligns with our clients’ brand objectives.

Cross-Disciplinary Teamwork

Facilitate strong working relationships across different departments. Act as the connective tissue between MBCS and UM functions, such as Strategy, Comms Design and Analytics.

Creative Ideation and Execution

Contribute to MBCS creative development with innovative ideas that meet strategic objectives. Translate these ideas into actionable campaign elements that deliver on effectiveness.

In-Depth Market and Consumer Insights

Stay head of media trends, consumer behaviour, and cultural shifts, using them to inform strategic decisions and provide a competitive edge in partnership offerings.

Budget Oversight

Manage campaign budgets with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness. Work with the Director to review financial models and pricing strategies, ensuring the most beneficial terms for our clients.

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience in media partnerships, brand strategy, or related field, with demonstrated expertise in managing complex campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once is key
  • Strong time-management and organisational skills.
  • Required PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Keynote
  • Ability to work successfully within a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • A high level of proficiency in English.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
