About the role

As a Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic collaboration and growth of our training solutions within the housing and construction sectors. This position focuses on building and nurturing high‑level partnerships that deliver real impact, working closely with senior stakeholders to create networks that support our long‑term objectives and strengthen our market presence.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Demonstrable and significant experience and capability of building strategic partnerships and networks at senior levels within the Housing and construction sectors
  • Comprehensive knowledge of funding rules and regulations in line with awarding bodies and Department for Education/Skills England/Ofsted
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience of managing multiple client relationships to gain and maintain business
  • Ability to communicate with and influence various levels of leadership across complex and multiple stakeholder environments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to drive business growth and opportunity (desirable)
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to self‑manage; adept at effective prioritisation and multi‑tasking (desirable)
  • Experience speaking at conferences, panels and events is advantageous (desirable)
  • Preparing reports, presenting at Board level, chairing events would all be beneficial experience (desirable)
Location & Compensation

Derby, Derbyshire – £45,000‑£48,000 per annum (DOE) + benefits. Full‑time position. The role will involve a mix of working from home and meeting partners at their sites and/or hosting them at our Derby and Preston Training Centres, requiring frequent travel across the UK.
