About the job

We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Partnerships Executive to join the team at 18 Week Support!

As a Partnerships Executive you will be responsible for identifying new commercial opportunities by reviewing past contracts and client relationships, as well as utilising key data sets to target new business, driving sales growth, meeting lead generation and revenue targets, and expanding the 18 Week Support footprint across the healthcare market.

The Partnerships Executive will play a crucial role in generating new, qualified, opportunities for the senior commercial team to develop and close, whilst ensuring that all new business opportunities align with company goals. This role demands a results-driven individual who has experience in the healthcare market, who is able to articulate the 18 Week Support value proposal to the NHS and who has the drive and ability to uncover and generate new leads across the UK.

The Partnerships Executive will directly impact 18 Week Support’s growth and ability to provide timely, high-quality services that address urgent needs within the healthcare system.

Responsibilities
Business Generation and Support
  • The ability to work independently to generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with NHS stakeholders and other relevant entities.
  • Provide support to the senior 18WS commercial team to ensure they reach sales growth targets by identifying opportunities and generating new leads.
Sales Strategy and Execution
  • Work closely with the Partnerships Director to design, plan, and execute lead generation strategies focused on driving sustainable revenue growth.
  • Establish performance goals and evaluate the success of initiatives, adapting the strategy as needed to maximise market penetration and impact.
Lead Generation, Revenue Growth and Target Achievement
  • Take ownership of the impact this role will have on revenue generation and forecasting for all new business opportunities and actively monitor performance against core KPIs.
  • Prepare reports and analysis on lead generation, highlighting key trends and provide actionable insights to the senior commercial team to inform strategy.
What we are looking for
  • A minimum of 2 years’ ideally in healthcare, insourcing, or outsourcing environments.
  • Proven experience providing high-level administrative and operational support within a healthcare, clinical services, or business development environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders across complex healthcare structures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear, professional documentation and correspondence for NHS and private sector audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience using CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and contract performance.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting NHS stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collate, interpret, and present business and performance data to support decision-making.
  • Understanding of the UK healthcare market, including wait list and funding pressures aligned to 18WS value proposition.
  • Ability to support Senior Commercial team in monitoring pipelines, managing client relationship.
Salary

£30,000- £35,000 dependent on experience
