A leading digital education provider in the UK seeks a Partner Growth & Planning Manager to drive growth through partnerships with colleges and training providers. You will foster strong relationships with external stakeholders to understand their needs and promote courses effectively. The ideal candidate has a background in B2B business development and is skilled in customer service. This role involves frequent travel and requires excellent presentation skills. You will contribute to an innovative team focused on enhancing educational delivery.

Location: Remote, with frequent UK travel to visit partners and London office
Reporting to: Head of Operations
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 base salary (FTE) + incentives
Start Date: January/ February 2026

We are seeking a Partner Growth & Planning Manager to drive the growth of part time courses and apprenticeships delivered in partnership with our existing network of UK colleges and training providers. We are looking for someone who can confidently establish strong and trusted relationships with managers, curriculum leaders and tutors to understand their challenges and objectives.
You’ll need experience of working within a business-to-business customer facing environment in a business development role, with a track record of consistently achieving targets and delivering high levels of customer service. You’ll have a passion for generating sustainable growth through strong successful commercial partnerships.
