Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, committed and creative teacher who wishes to fully involve themselves as an integral part of a very friendly and forward thinking school. This role is to complete a job share in our Y2 and Y4 classes - working Monday and/or Friday each week.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high quality teaching and learning, being able to motivate and inspire children to become the best learners that they can be.
  • Demonstrate a very good understanding of assessment for learning.
  • Build up very good relationships with children, parents and other staff colleagues.
  • Apply or develop experience in Little Wandle Phonics or similar (desirable).
Qualifications and experience
  • Excellent sense of humour and ability to build strong relationships with children, parents and staff.
  • Experience in delivering Little Wandle Phonics or similar would be desirable.
  • Applications from teachers at, or near, the beginning of their careers, and from more experienced teachers are welcome.
