Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor for a 20-hour contract with weekend availability on the high street in Winchester. You will support the Shop Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences, strong visual presentation, and daily commercial standards.

In this role you will coach the team, drive KPI awareness, manage promotions, and build a positive, store-wide team environment while living our brand values.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service in line with our ACE pillars
• Promote and collect customer information to drive email sign ups
• Introduce customers to multichannel shopping through endless aisle orders
• Maintain high visual standards in store and support floor moves
• Understand product features and communicate them to customers
• Make commercial decisions and support stock, promotions and KPIs
• Lead team briefs in the manager's absence to motivate the team
• Assist with stock replenishment and stock takes, ensuring accurate reconciliation
