Pearson VUE, a global leader in computer-based testing, invites applications for the Test Centre Administrator role at our Gloucester, UK centres. You will welcome candidates, check IDs, and support a secure, friendly testing environment.

Flexibility is essential as centres operate across early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Prior experience with Word, Excel and Outlook is beneficial, and strong attention to detail is highly valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have school qualifications in English and Maths.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a quiet testing environment.

Responsabilités

• Welcome, greet and check-in customers/test-taking candidates.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates during exams and ensure security procedures are followed.
• Assist with IT issues and general housekeeping duties in the Test Centre.
