You will work flexible shifts, including some Saturdays, with a pay rate of £13.60 per hour, paid monthly. Prior Microsoft Office experience is beneficial and a customer-focused mindset is essential.

Responsabilités

• Welcome, greet and check-in customers/test-taking candidates.
• Comply with exam testing security and procedures and follow company policies.
• Verify personal identification documents and explain the exam rules.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates during exams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with IT or Test Centre staff.
• Perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
