Job summary

Pearson VUE in Exeter, Devon, UK is hiring a Test Centre Administrator for a permanent part-time role. You will work a minimum of 16 hours per week, including two Saturdays per month, with shifts up to 7 PM and a pay rate of £13.60 per hour, paid monthly.

You will welcome candidates, check IDs, proctor exams, assist with IT issues, and perform light housekeeping. Flexibility across days and times is essential to support early mornings, evenings and weekend testing.

Qualifications

• School qualifications in English and Math.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet and check-in customers/test-taking candidates.
• Verify customer/candidate personal identification documents and explain the exam testing process/rules.
• Proctor / invigilate candidates while they are completing their exam/test.
• Troubleshoot with internal departments, such as our IT department, to fix any technical issues in the Test Centre.
• Some housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards/workstations as necessary.
