Job summary

Pearson VUE is hiring a part‑time Test Centre Administrator in Mile End, UK. You will welcome and check‑in candidates, ensure secure exam delivery, and provide exceptional customer service in a quiet testing environment. The role requires evening shifts and two Saturdays per month, with a minimum of nine hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have strong English and maths basics, be comfortable with Microsoft Office, and able to work flexibly across shifts in a global test centre network.

Qualifications

• Must have school qualifications in English and Maths.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) is advantageous.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet and check‑in customers/test‑taking candidates.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates during exams.
• Verify identities and explain exam rules.
• Troubleshoot IT or centre issues with internal teams.
• Maintain a clean, secure testing environment.
