Job summary

Pearson VUE in Hastings, UK, is seeking a flexible Test Centre Administrator to join our busy team. The role involves greeting candidates, signing them in, explaining the test process and invigilating exams.

You will work across a rotating schedule, including Mondays and Saturdays, with benefits and an excellent pension. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential, and occasional travel to other test centres may be required.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional team player with excellent timekeeping.
• Experience using computers preferred including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Flexible, able to work different days and times.
• Willing to travel to other test centres to provide support.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Processing candidates' sign-in and explaining the test process to them.
• Administering and invigilating tests.
• Ensure all compliance standards relating to the test centre operation and security protocols are adhered to.
• General housekeeping.
