Job summary

Pearson VUE in Grimsby, UK is hiring a Test Centre Administrator to join our global exams network. The role focuses on welcoming candidates, check-in, and delivering high-quality customer service while upholding exam security.

You will work a minimum of 10 hours per month, with shifts Monday to Saturday. The position pays £13.60 per hour, paid monthly with a 12% holiday supplement, and some experience with Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Welcome, greet and check-in candidates.
• Comply with exam security and company policies.
• Verify ID documents and explain exam rules.
• Invigilate candidates during exams.
• Troubleshoot IT issues in the Test Centre.
• Perform general housekeeping duties as needed.
