Job summary

Pearson VUE is hiring a Test Centre Administrator for our Bristol, UK location. This temporary role involves supporting test-takers, ensuring secure delivery of exams and delivering excellent customer service in a friendly environment.

The position requires flexible shifts across mornings, evenings and weekends, with a focus on accuracy, attention to detail and adherence to security procedures. Prior Office experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Reliable and accurate in handling information and procedures.
• Comfortable working in a quiet testing environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet and check-in customers/test-taking candidates.
• Comply with exams testing security and procedures and follow company policies.
• Verify customer/candidate personal identification documents and explain the exam testing process/rules.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates while they are completing the exam/test.
• Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues in the Test Centre.
• Perform housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing areas when needed.
