Job summary

Pearson VUE is seeking a Test Centre Administrator in Exeter/Axminster to support testing operations and deliver secure exam delivery with outstanding customer service. You will move equipment between centres, check in candidates and monitor exam sessions in a busy environment.

Flexibility is essential; shifts may include mornings, evenings, and one Saturday per month. A driving licence and access to a car are required, with travel time between centres paid.

Qualifications

• School qualifications in English and Maths.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet and check-in customers/test-taking candidates.
• Verify personal identification documents and explain exam rules.
• Proctor / invigilate candidates during exams.
• Troubleshoot IT or Centre issues with internal departments.
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed (cleaning, sanitizing).
• Escort candidates to and from exam/testing room and maintain secure environment.
