Sainsbury’s Group is seeking a Part Time Customer & Trading Manager to drive store operations, customer service, and team performance. You will lead a small management team, oversee daily tasks, and ensure efficient, safe service while maintaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, KPI delivery, and store-wide accountability, often working with limited supervision to keep the shop running smoothly and customers satisfied.

Qualificações

• Track record of delivering brilliant customer service and coaching colleagues to do the same.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to manage operations and meet KPIs.
• Experience handling employee relations issues including performance and absence management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team to run daily operations smoothly and safely.
• Be the primary manager in-store when needed, with accountability for the full shop.
• Coach and develop teammates, manage performance and scheduling.
• Ensure excellent customer service and efficient service delivery.
• Support network across stores as needed to maintain store standards.
