You will manage day-to-day store activities, coach colleagues, and drive KPI performance while maintaining high standards of availability and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous line management responsibilities in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Provides brilliant customer service, and coaches a team to do the same.
• Delivers KPI’s or other performance indicators.
• Can manage disciplinaries, performance issues or other employee relations matters.
• Leads operations and can work alone in the absence of more senior management.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a small team of managers to ensure the store runs like clockwork daily.
• Take responsibility for day-to-day running of the store, often being the only manager with accountability for the whole shop.
• Collaborate with the team to complete all tasks, ensuring customers are served efficiently and safely.
• Manage performance and capability, conduct disciplinaries, and ensure scheduling and pay accuracy.
• Occasionally provide support to neighboring stores when required.
