Qualifications

• A genuine passion for customer service and keeping people safe.
• All candidates must provide a 5-year checkable work history within the UK.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence to assist customers and colleagues.
• Prevent loss and respond to incidents, identifying risks.
• Support safe ways of working and protect the store, people and products.
• Use store technology and reporting systems to support operations.
• Stay calm under pressure and act professionally in challenging situations.
• Work closely with store colleagues to maintain high standards.
