Qualifications

• Strong experience in administration roles with a focus on organisational skills.
• Experience with ISO documentation is a plus.
• Proficient in managing external stakeholder interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for meetings, travel arrangements, and supplies.
• Manage external cosmetic user studies and assist with surveys.
• Prepare and maintain ISO 13485 documentation on controlled systems.
• Act as Master Data Controller for IFS MRP system.
• Lead quality system management for NPD and Marketing teams.
