Job summary

strukta Group Ltd. is seeking a Korean-speaking Passenger Services Agent for a part-time, permanent role at London Heathrow Airport.

The position involves working in Passenger Services across check-in, boarding, transfers, UMS, PRMS and baggage services, with emphasis on maintaining excellent customer service and safety standards. The role requires a good command of English and Korean, GCSE-level education or equivalent, and at least 2 years in customer service.

Qualifications

• Educated to at least GCSE level or equivalent.
• Knowledge of passenger services processes and customer airline operational procedures preferred.
• At least 2 years' experience in a customer service environment.
• Basic IT skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support daily Passenger Services operations including check-in, boarding, and baggage services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and ensure adherence to service standards and safety regulations.
• Handle airline or passenger complaints/claims efficiently and with a customer-centric approach in coordination with airlines.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, security, and SLA requirements.
