• Answer queries on flight schedules and baggage policies.
• Ensure compliance with airline and airport regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth operations.
• Resolve passenger concerns promptly with empathy.
• Perform administrative tasks including data entry and reporting.
• Ensure deployment of the environmental processes and procedures. Referring to the QHSE Manual.
