Job summary

Swissport, a leading ground and air cargo services provider, is seeking a Customer Service Agent for Belfast City Airport. The role is part-time (20 hours per week) with flexible shifts, aiming to deliver outstanding passenger service across the journey.

You will greet passengers, assist with check-in, luggage and boarding, and provide accurate information on schedules and policies. Strong English communication and a calm, proactive approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and evenings as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide friendly, professional assistance throughout their journey.
• Assist passengers with check-in procedures, luggage handling, and boarding processes.
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding flight schedules and policies.
• Ensure compliance with airline and airport regulations, including safety protocols.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain efficient operations.
• Resolve passenger concerns with empathy and timely actions.
• Perform administrative tasks including data entry, documentation, and reporting.
