This role requires excellent English communication, a customer-focused attitude, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays as part of 16 hours per week.

You will join an award-winning ground services team dedicated to safe, smooth operations and passenger satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in English; other languages a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while staying calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
