• Strong organisation and discretion with confidential matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR advice for managers and employees.
• Own employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance.
• Coach managers to handle people issues.
• Review and improve HR policies, contracts and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Manage day-to-day HR administration and maintain records.
• Contribute to recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.
• Develop HR processes to support future growth.
