You’ll have the scope to bring ideas, improve how things are done and see the results of your work. It's a varied standalone position for an experienced HR Manager, HR Business Partner or senior generalist who enjoys taking ownership and providing practical support.

What you’ll be doing

• Be a trusted source of practical HR advice for managers and employees.
• Take ownership of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance cases.
