Confidential in Nottingham is seeking a part-time HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR, support managers and shape the people practices our growing business needs for its next stage. You’ll own employee relations, policy reviews, contracts and documentation, and ensure compliance with UK employment law while coaching managers across the organisation.

This standalone role offers autonomy, the chance to implement practical HR improvements, and to see the tangible impact of your work as the business

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Manager, HRBP or senior HR generalist.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice.
• Proven ability to manage employee relations issues and advise managers.

Responsabilités

• Be a trusted source of practical HR advice for managers and employees.
• Take ownership of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance cases.
• Coach managers to build their confidence in handling people issues.
• Review and improve HR policies, procedures, contracts and employment documentation.
• Keep the business aligned with UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Manage day-to-day HR administration and maintain accurate employee records.
• Contribute to recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning as the business grows.
• Develop the people processes and HR foundations that will support the company0s future growth.

Looking for a part-time HR role where your experience can have a real impact? This is a hands-on opportunity to take the lead on day-to-day HR, support managers and help build the people practices a growing business need for its next stage.
You ll have the scope to bring ideas, improve how things are done and see the results of your work. It s a varied standalone position for an experienced HR Manager, HR Business Partner or senior generalist who enjoys taking ownership and providing practical support.
