Interaction Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function for a nationwide commercial property business, based in Peterborough. This part-time role blends hands-on HR with shaping people strategy and requires strong employment law knowledge.

You will manage full employee lifecycle, advise managers, develop policies, coordinate learning, and oversee payroll with support from the HR Administrator. Flexible hours and pro rata salary reflect the 3-4 day week.

Formación

• Proven HR generalist with hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
• Ability to write policies and employment documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit.
• Advise and support managers on HR matters, including disciplinary and grievances.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and contracts.
• Coordinate learning and development, talent management and succession planning.
• Oversee payroll with support from HR Administrator and ensure timely processing.
• Ensure HR processes comply with legislation and support business objectives.
